The Control Center for Lecture Capture Operations

The Echo360System server is the software hub that manages, publishes, and controls access, giving administrators full connectivity and flexibility.

Centralized Capture Management

The Echo360System server is a web-based application that manages lecture content. It houses automated functions such as posting links to CMS systems and sending notifications. It also provides a log-in interface for manual tasks such as search/delete of captures or editing of metadata tags.

Manage All Capture Types

The Echo360System server can handle varied setups, from podcasts to full video, from room to room. Administrators are free to configure and program the system to best meet needs.

Out Of The Box And Into Operation

The Echo360System server has built-in support for useful tools such as RSS feeds, which enable automatic downloads of podcasts, and FTP, for automatic transfer of lectures from rooms to servers (secure FTP or SSH is optional).

Seamless CMS Integration

The Echo360System server is the integration point for course management systems such as Blackboard, WebCT, and TWEN, automatically posting links to these resources for on-schedule access.
